- House is set back compared to neighbors for privacy
- Hot tub
- Large deck with grill
- Pool table
- Chefs kitchen
- Office / media room w/ desk, smart TV
- Jumbo flat screens in living room and all bedrooms
- Board games
- Driveway parking for 8-10 cars (garage locked for owner storage)
- All owner things locked away leaving space clear for guests
- Pet friendly with advanced notice; $250 / pet
- Guest access with day pass fee to Tahoe Donner Amenities for admission fee - Gym, Pool, Trails, Marina, Tennis Club, (max 6 people concurrently)
- Excellent Golf Course in the neighborhood (access with green fee)
- Nightly rate includes up to 16 guests. Extra guests reviewed on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
Home Truths:
1. Early check-in (1pm) and late check-out (12pm) are available with prior request and approval for fee
2. Winter rentals may not include deck furniture or grill due to weather
3. Chains or 4WD with snow tires are required for travel in the entire Tahoe area in case of inclement weather
4. There is a truck and sometimes trailer with snowmobile that stays parked on the far right of the driveway. There is still space for 8-10 guest vehicles depending on size
5. Events and parties are not permitted without prior written consent and subject to a fee and/or shut down if discovered unauthorized
6. All rentals subject to the Town of Truckee and Tahoe Donner HoA STR ordinances and fines
