With simple access from the interstate to put you within 8 minutes from downtown knoxville or less than 5 minutes to a shopping experience of west town mall. This is also perfect for those who looking for alternative means to get around without having to drive.to travel through Uber or Lyft without having to pay for expensive prices. I would recommend this option especially if you coming in for a sporting event at the university of Tennessee.
The house comes with basic amenities such as. Keyless entry. washer and dryer. Brand new refrigerator. One and half bathroom with walk-in shower and office space for work (those staying longer than 4 weeks). Free access to the Wi-Fi high speed internet. Hulu tv. The house has central heat and cooling. Hard wood floors with carpet in the living room only. Perfect for a traveling family’s, travel nurses or just weekend getaway to enjoy East Tennessee.

We stayed here because it was so close to family we were visiting. House was a little outdated but overall was spacious enough for our family of 5. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
The house is in a great location. It's an old house and could use some renovations, but is very comfortable. The owner is very personable and responded to guestions quickly. I would stay there again
If you are looking for a comfortable home, with everything you need in a stay away from home, don’t hesitate to contact Edward and enjoy a cute home away from home. We had staples in the cupboard and soap, detergent, tons of fluffy white towels along with a super air conditioner to keep your cool while you’re in the very hot south. We loved it and will certainly be back. Edward even brought us delicious cookies for a special treat. Thanks Edward for everything!
This property is centrally located. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.Bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower drips, but functional and clean.
Good location to UTK. Car dependent but quick drive to everything. Owner was great to deal with and responsive in taking care of a very minor issue with the TV. Easy check in and check out. House was clean. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Will use again! Thank you!
It was a good location for our family. We were close to two other homes of friends we wanted to spend time with during the holidays. There was a very nice park nearby, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The owner even had a Christmas tree there waiting for us! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Thank you, we enjoyed our time there.
Stayed for a football game day weekend. Great location, price and weekend stay. Very clean, and has all you need. The location is close to everything. Will stay there again!!!

We had a nice stay here. The house was clean with a full kitchen. It had a nice living room for gathering. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and a washer// dryer. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a great time seeing a concert at UTK and visiting Knoxville. We even made a quick day trip to Gatlinburg. House was 10 minutes from UtK campus and downtown Knoxville
Property was as described. Check-in/Check-out easy to navigate and all communication was smooth and welcoming. We were very comfortable at the house ~ from living space to bedrooms. Location was easy an easy drive to anywhere we were going.
Edward was fantastic from booking, to directions, to providing clear entry instructions. The place was clear, well appointed with bedding and linens. Very easy access to the highway and only 8 minutes to downtown.

I love Knoxville because of the continuous growth of the community and small business professionals that are coming up and helping improve this city all while being competitive with each other.
Why they chose this property
So I’m going to brag a little. When traveling I find it very important to have easy access to the interstate while also having the distance from the city. The house meets those needs and now with unber and lyft as options to travel. You can easily save time by catching a ride to a restaurant sporting events or concerts and not have to deal with parking. Also for those looking to stay weeks into months. I’m literally down the street from multiple grocery stores shopping boutiques that are commercial but also privately owned. The neighborhood is quiet beside the late afternoon rush hour traffic and the morning commute. Most of the traffic is done within an hour or so.
What makes this property unique
Hule tv. High speed internet. 75 in flat screen tv. I’m always working on new ways to improve the house but also changing the themes based on holidays throughout the year. Over all the idea is to keep it simple without making it complicated
