After a complete renovation, an original Russian-style dacha was turned into a beautiful guest house over two floors. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with bed coutch, dining area for up to 6 people, cable TV, stereo, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. There are enough dishes. Windows / doors lead directly to a large terrace. There is sufficient garden furniture available to guests. A modern wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 double bed couch, 2 bedside tables, 1 bedroom closet. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with shower, toilet. Next to the entrance area there is a small room with a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Jederzeit wieder
Das Haus bot alles, was man sich wünscht. Es war ein ruhiger und gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man schnell in Leipzig. Die Seen laden zum Rad fahren ein.

Haus in sehr guter Lage
Das Haus liegt im Leipziger Neuseenland, ideal für unsere Fahrradtouren, auch Leipzig ist gut zu erreichen. Das Haus wird mit 5 Sternen angepriesen, die hat es nicht. Draußen die Terasse ist sehr schön. Das Haus an sich wirkt düster von Inn und einiges ist renovierungsbedürftig. Ganz krass war, dass eine Maus oder Ratte durch die Küche lief. Kann passieren mitten im Garten, aber der Vermieter hatte nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Mit einem „Das war noch ni“ und einer Mausefalle zog er wieder ab. Es fehlten einige Kleinigkeiten, die die Einstufung aufwerten würden: Schuhanzieher, sauberer Grill, sauberes Geschirr…

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne große Terrasse, grillen war auch möglich. Aussattung war OK . Besteck könnte etwas mehr sein und das angeschlagene Geschirr darf auch mal entsorgt werden. Fahrradfahren ist hier Ideal. Liebe Grüße

Günstig und super Lage zu den Leipziger Seen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Seen sind alle schnell per Auto oder gar zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Sauna im See ist toll. Gute Gaststätten sind auch dort.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Unterkunft als Start und Ziel für Radtouren rund um die Leipziger Seenlandschaft. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut.

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem gepflegten und gut ausgestattetem Haus verbracht. Sehr hübsch war der Außenbereich mit hängendem Wein und kleinem Spielplatz. Es ist nicht weit zu dem malerischen Hafen am See. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem sehr schönen Gästehaus verbracht. Die Lage war sehr ruhig in der Nähe des Cosbudener See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir würden immer wieder gerne her kommen.

Sehr ruhige "Datscha"
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man sowohl den Cospuder See als auch den Markkleeberger See sehr gut, beides sehr schöne Seen. Mit der S-Bahn gibt es eine sehr gute Verbindung direkt in die City von Leipzig.

Herrlich ruhig
Wir erholten uns in dem schönen, ruhigen Häuschen sehr gut und konnten von dort die Umgebung prima erkunden; Tipp: Die S-Bahnstation ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
