This is a long term rental only (30 days+). Perfect for Snowbirds or traveling professions. It can be shared with 3 people, each having their own sleeping space! This home away from home has beachy, relaxing vibes and is a short .5 mile walk to Main Street where there is always live music and great food. (Don't miss Third Fridays or the Sunday Market!) The fenced in back yard has a covered lanai and a 2 person sauna--perfect after a long week of work. The location couldn't be better, only 15 min. to Tampa Airport, Dunedin or beaches! Easy access to St. Pete. 25%-30% discount on long term.

Convenient base for everything we do.
This house was very clean and recently updated throughout. The kitchen's stainless appliances and stacked washer and dryer were all premium models. This house is close to Safety Harbor, a quant little town within walking distance. Many nice restaurants are nearby. Golf courses and beaches are just short drives. A myriad of bike paths are easily accessible. Our only complaint is that it takes a while to get hot water to the bathrooms, but once you figure it out, it's not a big deal. Overall, loved the house.

Although I live in the sunny state of Florida, I am a huge traveller myself! I raised some amazing children who are all successful adults now, so I often travel to visit them. Otherwise, I head off on active adventures of biking or hiking in other states or countries. I love to be on the water and my main past time is paddle boarding. I settled in this area because the town is the cutest thing you've ever seen! It's a nice quiet neighborhood, yet there is always something fun to do nearby. And, we are close the water!!

Everyone who has entered has said that this is a very relaxing home and the location is amazing. It is in the coveted town of Safety Harbor--a cute, artsy town close to Tampa, Dunedin, St. Pete and plenty of water activities.

What makes this property unique

The best part about this home is that you have access to the entire place! The large backyard allows for outdoor dining and spending time with family. The sauna is a special added benefit to help heal your muscles after biking on the Causeway or taking long walks on the beach. Only long term rentals are accepted, so this is perfect for traveling professions or Snowbirds.
