Excellent location in the picturesque village of Ižipovce in the central part of the Liptovská basin under the Chočské vrchy in a very nice and tourist-sought-after environment near the Prosiecká dolina, Tatralandia, Bešeňová thermal park and wonderful views of the Low Tatras and Liptovská Mara and nearby location of ski resorts Jasna, Zazriva and Malino Brdo.
