New from 06. 01. 20 - Parkkoje - with sauna, fireplace, W-Lan, about 200 meters from the beach

The parking berth is located directly on the spa gardens of Breege Juliusruh - only a maximum of 200 meters from the beach.
The park bunk is a semi-detached house in conventional construction (stone on stone) with a 450 square meter garden, which borders directly on the spa Juliusruh and you can look at the property on this.
The parking bunk - like our other cottages too - is equipped with underfloor heating, sauna, woodburning stove, beach chair and all things that belong to a perfect holiday.
The hallway is separated from the living area, so you can enjoy the peace in the bedrooms, while the breakfast is already prepared in the kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters so you can really sleep "dark". There are 3 bedrooms with double beds available.

The pictures are currently set by our cottage Reetkoje. The parking bunk will be similarly equipped and furnished. Look in this portal also the reviews of the Reetkoje.

Großartig!!
Sehr schönes und solides Haus. Wohn-Ess-Bereich vom Treppenhaus durch eine Tür getrennt, dadurch keine Störung von Schlafenden durch Frühaufsteher. Gemütliche und geschmackvolle Möblierung. Bestens ausgestattete Küche mit guten Pfannen und scharfen Messern. Ideale Lage für Familien mit Kindern, direkt am Kurpark mit 2 Spielplätzen, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!!

Ruhig, entspannt und in einem tollen Zustand
Wir haben die Zeit in der Parkkoje gut geniessen können. Das Objekt ist in einem tollen Zustand, sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet alles für ein paar entspannte Tage. Warum dann nur 4 Sterne von uns? Bei jeder Bewegung knarzende Betten und der konsequente IKEA-Stil der Einrichtung (zB Couches ohne Kissen) haben bei uns (!) weniger Gemütlichkeit als erhofft aufkommen lassen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit viel Platz zum Wohnen und guter Ausstattung. Zum Strand, Kurpark, Spielplatz und Gastronomie sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr ordentliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Beauftragten des Vermieters. Alles hatte hohes Niveau. Zum Baden sollte man,aus meiner Sicht, allerdings an die Schabe oder nach Glowe fahren.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Auch an regnerischen Tagen Erholung und Entspannung auf der Couch oder in der Sauna möglich. Nähe zum Strand und doch nicht wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Es ist einfach alles stimmig für den Start in einen tollen Urlaub und sehr schöne Erinnerungen!

Wir hatten eine erholsame Urlaubswoche. Die Parkkoje ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Es war schönes Wetter und wir konnten auch Zeit am schönen Strand verbringen. Es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Objekt auf Rügen verbringen dürfen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man am Strand der perfekt ist für einen Strandtag mit Kindern. Aber auch im Garten haben sich unsere drei Kinder (2,7,11) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man als Familie benötigt. Top ist vor allem die Waschmaschine, die man bei einem Strandurlaub mit Kindern nicht missen möchte. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Bollerwagen. Falls mal kein Strandbesuch ansteht kann man auf die nahegelegenen Spielplätze gehen oder einen Ausflug unternehmen. Auch in der Küche ist an alles gedacht und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Zauberhaft dekoriertes Häuschen in zentraler, strandnaher und doch ruhiger Lage! Gute Matrazen sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Küchenausstattung könnte erweitert werden (beispielsweise keine Teekanne). Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder! unkomplizierter Check In/Out durch Schlüsseltresor.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Eine Woche an der Ostsee ist immer schön. Wenn man dann solch eine Ferienwohnung hat, ist es umso besser. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut empfehlenswert. Genügend Platz vorhanden und mit Kamin und Sauna noch zwei Sahnehäubchen obendrauf.

Gelungener Jahreswechsel
Alles bestens, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauna funktioniert sehr gut. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, wir haben nichts vermisst. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits wären die Kopfkissen und die etwas weichen Matratzen, aber das ist ja sowieso Geschmackssache. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist super, top ausgestattet und total empfehlenswert. Ein kleinen Tipp hätte ich jedoch noch. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das WLAN auch im Obergeschoss nutzbar wäre. 😉

Toller Urlaub in schönem Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Parkkoje auf Rügen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, genügend Platz für zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kleinkindern. Leider hat uns das Wetter im Stich gelassen, deswegen konnten wir den tollen Garten nicht nutzen. Aber die Holzeisenbahn hat dafür für viel Freude bei den Kleinen gesorgt. Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Nur kurze Strecke zum Strand und toller Spielplatz direkt nebenan. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir sind eine aktive, lustige und große Familie - aber das Haus hat alles mitgemacht. Das Objekt ist umwerfend perfekt ausgestattet. Vielleicht nur für das Induktionsfeld mal ne kurze Erklärung geben, wie man es anschaltet :-)

Ein Traum...gerne wieder!
Ein top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlte! Doppelhaus hat einen großen Garten mit Terrasse, Grill, Strandkorb und jedemenge Strandzubehör (Windschutz, Sonnenschirm, Strandstuhl, etc.) im Gartenhaus. In diesem waren auch noch 2 funktionsfähige Fahrräder verfügbar. Eins davon hat unsere große Tochter (17) genutzt, da Sie nur eine Woche zu Besuch war und kein eigenes Fahrrad dabei hatte. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig am Parkrand von Juliusruh. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Zum Boddenhafen von Breege knapp 1,5km. Super Tipp vom Vermieter mit dem Hafenimbiss Hafenperle. Sehr leckere Fischbrötchen und alle anderen Gerichte sind au ch zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt optimal für touristische Erkunungen (Fahrrad oder Auto) auf den Halbinseln Wustrow und Jasmund. Wir haben die Zeit absulut genießen können und sind sehr dankbar unseren Urlaub in diesem wundervoll eingerichtetem Haus verbringen durften. Gerne wieder. Ach ja, check-in/check-out völlig unkompliziert. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter super. Danke für Alles!
