No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please.

Great location near campus

We spent two nights in Corvallis to visit OSU with our son. The Campus Cottage was perfect. Nicely decorated, great parking, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book the cottage again.

Great house located very close to the OSU campus

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spotless. The backyard was very large, and we loved the fire pit. It was very close to the campus. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Cottage!

We had a great time in Corvallis. Your cozy cottage was perfect for 3 of us on a girls trip to visit OSU with my daughter. Easy walk to campus and nicely appointed property. We slept great, the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute house in great neighborhood close to OSU

This was a very well maintained cute home downtown in a very good neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood both day and night as it felt very safe. There were lots of students and adults out and about ..walk to all amenities, campus, restaurants and shopping. The house is older but updated and very clean. The backyard is fenced, large and has a nice firepit. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Corvallis for their stay.

We've had so much fun working on this property together. Mother and son, updating the home he and his brother shared during college. Oregon State is near and dear to us with four out of the five in our family being OSU grads!

Why they chose this property

Not only is this property walking distance to the heart of Oregon State campus, but as dog owners that love to travel with our dogs, they are welcome here too! It's only a five minute drive to endless trails for hiking or mountain biking as well. Bald Hill Park, Fitton Green, and Chip Ross Park are just the start of miles of local trails.
Walk to American Dream Pizza or Bombs Away Cafe for great casual dining and nightlife. Then for your morning coffee, Sam's Station is a short walk as well.
