Come Monday is a newly renovated studio condo in a south Myrtle Beach/Surfside Beach gated community. Low-key and perfect for couples, the condo offers a pool, hot tub, tennis court, and is only 6 miles to numerous beaches! The condo is quiet, being located on the 6th/top floor, and easily accessible by elevator. Includes a new queen-size bed with memory foam topper and a queen pull-out sofa bed. Easy access to entertainment, dining, outdoor activities and shopping: MB Int'l Airport (7 mi), the MB boardwalk (17 mi), the Pier at Garden City (8 mi), Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk (9 mi) and too many golf courses to mention!

Beautiful condo

The condo was great. The elevator was broken five times in a month, sometimes more than one day, so I had to walk up and down six floors of stairs, The gatekeepers were a little bit grumpy when dealing with parking passes. The policy for passes versus stickers changed in one day with no advance notice. This subdivision appears more suitable to the locals then a resort for snowbirds. A new development is being constructed right next to the Savannah building. But my hosts we're very professional, and accommodating and I thought they were the best hosts I've ever had to deal with.
