Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 6 people, within this space there is also the living room with TV, it also has a terrace overlooking the pool. It also has a laundry area that is next to your kitchen.

This complex has elevators in the building, swimming pool, a gym, 24-hour security, large gardens, underground parking, just 1 block from Fifth Avenue, 4 blocks from the DAC and Mega supermarkets.

- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
