Downtown Condo Walk to Mercedes Stadium and Coca-Cola

This beautiful condo just opened up for Dragon Con. Enjoy this trendy 2 bedroom newly remodeled and refurbished condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz and full-size stainless steel appliances. There are two beautifully designed bedrooms both with Smart TV. The beds are incredibly comfortable with high-end Egyptian cotton bedding and room darkening shades. Spacious living room with Smart TV and a cosy dining area. WIFI is included throughout and the washer/ dryer is in the unit.
HEATING AND AIR: This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside the exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA.
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Check-in is very easy. There is 24 hours concierge at the building and it is located at the main front entrance of the building. Please bring your valid ID for the check-in, we will let them know about your arrival. Let us know the names who are checking in so the concierge is aware and can cross-reference it with their reservations. You will be provided a digital code for the door and a fob. Please feel free to ask the concierge how to get to your apartment, lift locations, etc. Or contact us anytime!
Conveniently located in the historic Peachtree Towers. You will love the versatile space. The living room can be easily transformed into a business room or converted a sofa into a bed, so the apartment can accommodate 6 people easily. You cannot get more downtown than this perfectly located condo. 5-minute walk to the Peachtree centre, MARTA train station, and a 15-minute ride directly to the airport.
