About this property

Beautiful apartment in a prime location

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in a typical style with great attention to detail. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an East Frisian clinker house from 1933 and leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to the large garden you can enjoy the tranquility of the island, but it is also on foot in about 5 minutes in the village center with all shops, restaurants and shops. The beach is also good and easy to reach by bike or on foot.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (1,8x2m), a living room with comfortable sofa area and TV, as well as shower room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.

In the basement are our guests washing machine and dryer available.

Süße kleine Wohnung in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimmer keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, aber für die paar Nächte ging es auch mal so. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Geräumige Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr groß und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand. Toll war, dass ein Strandkorb am Hauptstrand genutzt werden konnte.

Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung

Alles war bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In der Küche fehlt eine Backform - so dass man auch einmal einen Kuchen backen kann und im Wohnzimmer wäre es schön, wenn es eine zweite Stehlampe gäbe, damit man sowohl auf dem Sofa als auch im Sessel lesen kann. Rund um die Spüle müsste das Holz aufgearbeitet werden, damit es nicht weiter leidet. Es wäre super, wenn man einen Besen und einen Handfeger hätte, um zwischendurch mal sauber machen zu können. Ansonsten: super.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Insel

Wir haben uns in Langeoog verliebt und kommen definitiv wieder. So schön entschleunigt ohne Auto alles zu Fuß zu erledigen.

Ärztliche Fortbildung, die jedes Jahr stattfindet

Gemütlich, ruhig, eher bescheiden, habe erstaunlich gut in dem Bett geschlafen. Meine Freundin war zwei Nächte da, dann hat sie im Luv und Lee ihr Appartement bekommen. Auch ihr hat es gut gefallen. Leider gab es keinen Staubsauger um zwischendurch mal durchzusaugen, Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Verglichen mit dem Appartement (vier Personen) meiner Freundin in Luv und Lee fand ich den Preis dann doch etwas teuer und habe deshalb für nächstes Jahr dort ein Appartement gebucht. Ich war zum ersten Mal auf Langeoog, da ich sonst die Fortbildungen auf Norderney buche. Jede KV hat da ihre eigene Tradition. Leider war das Wetter nicht so, dass man den tollen Garten hätte nutzen können. Auch kam ich nicht dazu mein eines Abfallglas zum Wertstoffhof zu bringen, so dass ich etwas Kleingeld dagelassen habe. Für das Bettzeug meiner Freundin habe ich das Geld bar auf den Tisch gelegt für Herrn Bartl. In der Dusche hing eine Lampe aus der Fassung an der Decke und ich fand auch die Dusche mit den dunklen Stellen und Rändern am Boden nicht so "keimfrei" aber nicht dreckig. Es war eine gute Zeit und ich war ja viel unterwegs, habe nicht gekocht, weil wir jeden Tag lecker Essen gingen. Sigrid Jock

Hervorragende Lage direkt am Zentrum

Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen ideal. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert mit neuer Küche und fussläufig zum nächsten Einkaufsmarkt und ins Zentrum. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Es war schön

Das Objekt ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Von der Lage her ist Alles (Vom Strand, über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Restaurants und Bahnhof) fußläufig binnen kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder...

Tolle Wohnung plus Ruhe

Die Wohnung ist phantastisch, nur die Obermieter waren etwas laut - bedingt durch den Holzfußboden und andere Gewohnheiten. (Lautes Sprechen am frühen Morgen oder Abend) und die Sofakissen rochen etwas unangenehm. Ansonsten war alles super

Die Ferienwohnung ist super modern und klasse renoviert! Aber am allerbesten ist die Lage. Eine Minute zum Supermark & 3 Minuten zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad. Einfach klasse! Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren eine Woche mit Säugling in der FeWo und sind sehr zufrieden! Super freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten noch verbessert werden, haben aber keinen Einfluss auf den Wohlfühlfaktor genommen. Die Lage ist super klasse, man geht aus der Tür raus und man ist in ca. 400 Metern am Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Ich komme gerne wieder!
