The River House is both cozy and charming. Just 50 feet from the water, is idyllic spot to sit back, relax and watch the river flow by.
Comfortably sleeps big groups, ideal for Multiple Families, 7 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, Hot Tub, EV charger, Pet Friendly, Huge Outdoor Patio with sitting, BBQ grill and Fire Pit.
By the river we created another cozy place with dining table, second fire pit for you to enjoy the beautiful of nature.

We will be happy to host your intimate wedding (40 guests max)
$2000 wedding fee includes:
• Ceremony seating
• Tables and chairs
• Tablecloths and Napkins
• Assist in setting up and take down
If you would like to rent a tent, additional fee $1800 will be applied.
The house can comfortable host 19 guests overnight.
Floor plan:
- Basement room: queen bed, and twin bed above
- Basement playroom: two couches that you can turn into two queen size beds
1st floor next to the kitchen.
- Queen size bed
2nd floor:
- first room - queen size bed,
- second room - queen size bed
- third room - king size bed
- fourth room - bunk bed: queen size on the bottom, twin size on the top
- fifth room - two bunkbeds: two queen ,two twin
