This Dallas, GA apartment is located in a highly sought after residential community. This apartment boasts a large 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Step inside this beautiful and quaint property, where you'll find all the comforts of home. With amenities like laundry, community pool, AC, hair dryer, iron, and WiFi and heating. The unit is in larger home but has a private door entrance on the side of the house. The property is a few minutes to the Emerson Sports Entertainment Complex at Lakepoint. This property has a separate entrance, private and is locked out from the main house for privacy. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a nice sitting area with a couch, full island for cooking meals. It has not 1 , but 2 cooking ranges. One with an oven and the other on the countertop of the kitchenette. You also have a combination washer and dryer in the kitchen. There are two TVs that have all the lastest streaming services installed, just bring your account and login. The bedroom is oversized and has a HUGE walk in closet. Both beds are queen size and have very comfortable foam mattresses. We stock a K-cup style coffee machine. The bathroom has hand soap, and shampoo. An iron and ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals.

There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible before your arrival.
There is no on street parking as its a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need an additional space, you can request short term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down street.
This property is EV friendly. You will need a mobile charger with NEMA 14-50 plug which will charge at 30 amp. The outlet is next to the garage. Please charge your car between 12am - 6am. Please request this ahead of the stay so we can make arrangements for you.
For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning requires a $150 housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room for stays over 30 days. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices.
Our property is situated in suburban, wooded Georgia, where it’s common to encounter Palmetto bugs (also known as waterbugs) and small spiders. Palmetto bugs are a type of cockroach that lives in trees throughout Georgia. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, seeing one might be unsettling at first, but they are harmless. These bugs can enter any home, from small cottages to luxury estates. For this reason, while you may see a bug or two it does not represent an infestation. Rest assured that M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods to reduce the chances of insects and maintain provided stoppers placed appropriately in kitchen drains.
