Cute house with a "woodsy cabin" vibe! Lots of room, clean and cheery, comfy furniture, nice kitchen, with a nice little private beach about a 2 minute walk down the road. The owners responded very quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our time here and I would definitely be willing to rent again.
We stayed at this beautiful cabin by the shore of Lake Sebago for a few nights before Labor Day weekend and left feeling refreshed, relaxed and in tune with nature. There is a type of quiet here that is impossible to find in the city. You hear only the water gently lapping at the shore, the wind rustling in the trees and the patter of rain on the roof.
My wife and I loved sitting on the screened in porch to drink our coffee (and to get a little work done as quickly as possibly using the quality Wifi). The kids created their own little world upstairs building forts and playing with so many amazing toys that are stocked in the cupboards. We all walked over to the lake to swim and splash, the area is very pristine.
Oh and last thing, every evening we sat by the fire pit and made s’mores - what could be better? Come here to get away from it all - five enthusiastic thumbs up!
