Eagle View Chalet is a beautiful and lovingly cared for three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet just before the corner of Fairways and Mountain View with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The ground level features a 2-car garage with room for ski storage or biking storage, a large mudroom, and the main entrance to the home.

The second level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, the second and third bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom and a half bathroom (AKA powder room). This level also has the insuite laundry facilities (washer/dryer and ironing board).

Off of the main living area is a huge and spacious wraparound deck with access to the propane barbeque, the large private hot tub, and unbelievable views of the Burfield, Sundance and Sunburst mountains and runs! The wraparound deck can be accessed from the dining area, living area, and the second and third bedrooms. The living area has plenty of seating for entertaining, and is open concept the dining area and kitchen. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen features high end appliances, granite counter tops, and practically screams "luxury"!

The third and top level of this home features the master bedroom (which has an ensuite bathroom, seating area, and private balcony), a full bathroom that features a bathtub and hand shower, and the awesome family room that has a cheetah-print pool table, a poker table, and a huge L-shaped couch surrounding a flatscreen TV.

This home features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a king bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk (queen on the bottom and single on top) and a set of bunkbeds in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the family room.


* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 1 week prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
