Our unique new construction condo has enough room for up to seven (7) guests comfortably, and even has it's own elevator! With a full kitchen, laundry, and a private rooftop patio, this place has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway...including a free garage parking spot! Couple short blocks from the pier, and only steps away from downtown O’side.

Four TVs throughout the condo allow for the family to spread out after a long day at the beach.
Condo has fully equipped laundry room, so you can pack light and do laundry during your stay.
And no need to buy beach gear you’ll throw away prior to heading home! Our storage room has all you need for a day at beach. All you need to bring is your sunscreen!
Guests will have access to the entire condo. Keypad entrance with 24/7 access. Reservations come with 1 free garage parking spot (over a $40 value per night).

Walk to the “Top Gun” house, and easy stroll back home from any of the many area restaurants, breweries, and bars.

Parking for one vehicle is available (resident only garage), and paid street/lot parking is available nearby.
Oceanside Transit Center is steps away for easy Coaster (local commuter train) access to coastal San Diego stops such as Carlsbad, Encinitas, and downtown San Diego.
Our condo is just steps from the Oceanside Transit Center. Fly into SAN, and take the Coaster to Oceanside. No need to fight the traffic! And the kids will love the train ride!
Elevator is in unit for ease of luggage and groceries.
Outside shower is located in garage for easy clean up after a beach day!
Guests also have free use of beach chairs (4), boogie boards (2), a wagon (1), and other beach gear.
Additional street parking with permit is available. Request for permit (hang tag) must be made at time of booking.
