Private Beach No Hassle.... 3 miles from Rosemary/Alys beach Sleeps 6
Located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and only a few yards from the beach access. Our newly renovated townhome with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms on the second level. A King bedroom which opens to the balcony facing the Gulf side, a peekaboo view of the water, and a private bath. The second has been a Queen bed and twin built in bunk beds along with a private bath. In addition, an outside shower with H & C water. And you are only 10-15 minutes from Rosemary Beach and 10 minutes to Pier Park.

Jessie and Bert are mother and daughter, and have enjoyed traveling and staying in cute places. Bert Summerville is a realtor with Scenic Sotheby's International in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. They understand it is much nicer to have a comfortable, clean cozy home or apartment to enjoy instead of a hotel room when you are traveling. This is why they decided to purchase this townhome, and make it a fun and comfortable environment to enjoy at the beach.
Why they chose this property
This two bedroom townhome is directly across the street from a marvelous beach lined with sugar white sand and emerald green water. And sitting on the second floor covered balcony, you can see a glimpse of the emerald green waters of the Gulf.
What makes this property unique
The townhome is less than 2 minutes away from two major grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants, but more importantly, it is across the street from the beach and also just about 3 miles to the east of Rosemary Beach. Jessie and Bert have created a warm atmosphere for their guests, including built in bunks in one of the bedrooms, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing when you come back from the beach.
