Cozy Cottage, out door sitting to have your morning coffee in the yard. Relax near the fire pit and make some s'mores. Sunset lake beach is 4 min drive. Walk across the street to the lake access with your floats. Canobie Lake Park is 16 mins away. The area is great to explore many hiking trails in Hampstead. Farms, winery, A&A Balloon Rides. Bring your own kayaks, paddle boards to enjoy the lake all week. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave. Living room with TV. Sitting room has two chairs and a nice view out the windows. Table in the kitchen for family game nights. Bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds. Bedroom/Den has a futon for using as a couch for daytime and bed (full size) for night. This house has air conditioning/Heat. Watch the beautiful sunrise & sunsets. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS ARE. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. This is a great place for family's to enjoy the fire pit for smore's and stargazing. Gas grill for grilling food that is ideal for dining and relaxing with exceptional sunset views.
