Integrated into the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove etc. Also integrated in the room is the open sleeping niche with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. A loggia with garden furniture invites you to sit and relax. A separate free parking space, a separate locked bike room, space for surfboards and a laundry room with coin operated laundry and dryer are in the house and increase the comfort for our guests.
