All living rooms and bedrooms are laid out with light solid oak floorboards, bathrooms, hallways and kitchens with uniform tiled floors in a bluestone look.
The entire house (formerly 'Ailöns Freer') has been completely renovated and redone from the basement to the roof (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, electrical installation, windows and heating are new) and will open its doors to holiday guests in a completely new look at the beginning of February 2020 . We ask for your understanding that this is a non-smoking domicile and pets cannot be brought.
Coming home relaxed: The car is in good hands on the property in the driveway, so luggage, shopping, etc. are always a short way into the house. You can also park your bikes there. It is 100 m to the bakery and only 300 m to the beach - left when you come out of the house - a lot can be easily reached on foot. The Kurpromenade and the Friedrichstrasse shopping street can be reached in 15 minutes on foot if you turn left at the beach crossing.
Pure vacation: enjoy a house all to yourself! Who wants to sleep where: The KRABBE room is on the ground floor with a short walk to the shower room - ideal for teenagers or anyone who likes to sleep alone. The WAL room is the large bedroom on the upper floor with a west-facing balcony, double bed and large wardrobe - ideal for parents, couples, lovers and late risers. The SPATZENNEST room is the small, very cozy room on the upper floor on the left - the highlight here is a gallery with a beanbag and a view of the sunset / sea. A dream for children - but not suitable for romping and only under the supervision of the parents. The white library manager goes from 'under the roof'.
Sun, wind & entertainment: From the living room you can access the terrace and the garden with south-west orientation. There is a beach chair waiting for you (please cover it with the hood in bad weather). In our new house, too, you always have the choice between a filter and a capsule coffee machine for pot coffee or a cappuccino. In the living room there is a 43 inch television with a wide range of programs and DVD collection as well as our book box for reading pleasure. A new feature is the small fireplace in the living room, which gives cozy warmth with its fire;

Save the arrival stress by car and come by train - the house is only 5 minutes from the train station. If you want to be mobile on the island, you can rent electric cars from various providers.
