Guests get access to the entire home and it's amenities while staying with us including washer and dryer.

3 bedroom review

The house was nice enough, however the listing blatantly stated 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms slept 9. We arrived to find 3 bedrooms and enough sleeping areas for 8 IF you put 2 in each double bed and someone on the mattress on the floor. The sleeps 9 is ONLY if you put someone else in the master bed. Even if it did sleep 9, which it does not, do not plan on having seating on the main level for 9 without 5 people having to sit on the floor or at the counter bar stools. The yard is nice, it has a little patio out back with a small charcoal grill. The kitchen is not well supplied for 9, as there are 4 pieces of each type of cutlery and we had to purchase plastic while there. While the communication was quick and timely, bottom line is, for a 3 bedroom rental, there are many quite a lot closer to the beach for the same price or less.

Very nice spot, as advertised, and good communication

We enjoyed our short weekend stay this past weekend. The place was very clean, very modern, and served as a nice home base for my friends and family as we charted a fishing boat at a nearby marina for the day. Ran into a very minor inconvenience (out of the owner's control) that he jumped on and fixed immediately, and was very communicative throughout the process. 5 out of 5 stars!
