Cute apartment by the beach

This apartment consists of a bedroom (1 large bed), a living room (2 sofas), a bathroom with shower and WC and a modernly equipped kitchen. Above the living room there is a gallery with a double bed. There is a a large terrace with view of the beach. The apartment is located on the second floor. The beach is in 30 m distance and no street has to be crossed. Heating is available (wooden-burning stove) and for the hot summer nights there is air-condition available. Within the small urbanisation there is a supermarket. At the bay you find 2 diving clubs (German spoken) as well as typical restaurants. If more sleeping facilities are needed (3 beds) the adjacent apartment (n°32118) can be rented as well (price on request).

Super relaxed holiday in gorgeous location. Everything you could need is in the apartment. Lovely hosts, nice terrace to enjoy. Had a fantastic time. Perfectly described cute appartment on the beach.

Slechte communicatie

Huisje leuk, maar de communicatie met de verhuurder was ronduit slecht. Ik kreeg geen incheckinstructie vooraf en ook geen reactie op mijn 3 mails. Bij aankomst s nachts een uur in het donker gezocht naar het huisje op basis van het adres in de Vrbo app. Dat klopte niet. Rond 01.15 nam eigenaar eindelijk de telefoon op en kreeg ik instructies. Geen enkel excuus. De dag erna vroeg ik om een extra laken of dekbedovertrekken (die ontbraken bij 1 bed): wederom geen reactie. Gek genoeg kreeg ik bij vertrek wél aanhoudende appjes. Huisje supernetjes gemaakt. Eerste reactie was of we niks gebroken hadden. En dat de afwasmachine wel aan moest (stond nog op de planning). Wederom geen enkele vriendelijke reactie of excuses. Jammer. Huisje is leuk maar door deze ongastvrijheid krijgt de accomodatie een één.

Lovely apartment In beautiful setting

We had a great week in a lovely location. The apartment is well stocked and has a great view from the balcony.There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and a little shop below the complex with freshly baked bread and food essentials. The beach is right beside the apartment and there are lots of others to choose from if you have a car. We hired a car so saw a lot of the island and Ibiza town was 30 minutes away.

Después de 11 años veraneando en Ibiza , ésta ha sido nuestra estancia más acogedora y agradable. Gracias Guy por tu amabilidad y compromiso, la casa no podría estar más mimada de detalles , nos hemos sentido en nuestro hogar. Tolle Unterkunft in bester Strandlage

Wir haben Anfang August 2023 eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Strand und ist größer als es die Fotos im Inserat zeigen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung perfekt für eine Familie mit 1-2 größeren Kindern. Der Aufstieg zum 2. Schlafzimmer erfolgt über eine steile Treppe. Und hat es gefallen und wir werden das Apartment und die wunderschöne Cala Vadella weiterempfehlen.

Ibizaurlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt super schön im "Zentrum" Cala Vadellas und ist nur wenige Schritte von der Meeresbucht mit feinem Strand-Sand entfernt. Unser Vermieter Guy ist sehr freundlich zu uns gewesen und selbst Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt.Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung von Isabelle und Guy sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Strand ist unschlagbar. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat (sogar Sonnenschirme, Sandspielzeug etc.) und wenn man doch mal eine Frage hatte, hat man sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Cozy appartement with terrace with beautiful view directly at the beach!

Very nice appartment directly at the beach, we loved staying here! Eevyrthing one needs is there - kitchen utensilies, beach umbrellas, towels and toys for kids! Two big good beds, cozy terrace with beautiful view over Cala Vadellas beach and bay. Restaurants, ice cream shop and bars are 1-5 minutes walk away, we heartly reccomend Bon Sol and Nola! A little Supermarket with fresh bread, fruits, variety of cheese and spanish specialities, as well as wines and bears is just downstairs. Despite closeness to bars and restaurants it is quite in the appartment. Good communication with the hosts Guy and Isabelle. We recommend the flat for a couple or a small family with 1-2 kids, you will love it there! 🥰😊☀️🌊

Hervorragende Lage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Der Balkon ist schön groß und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand / die Bucht mit den romantischen Sonnenuntergängen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Anlage bietet jeden Morgen frisches Baguette, Croissants und Gebäck jeden Tag in der Woche. Verschiedene Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der schöne Sandstrand und das klare Meer laden zum Verweilen ein. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und Isabelle eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Super Wohnung an guter Lage mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung hat alles, was es so braucht. Der Blick von der Terasse ist super und auch wenn man drinnen isst sieht man aufs mehr. Der Ort bietet gute Restaurants und Bars, was will man mehr :) Vielleicht noch wichtig... die Treppe zum oberen Bett ist etwas steil, nichts für Senioren oder kleine Kinder.

Appartement mit Charme und tollem Blick

Ein hübsches Appartement mit viel Platz, aber am besten hat uns vor allem die Lage direkt am Strand sowie der große Balkon mit einem wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer gefallen! Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es einige Restaurants und Bars, da kann es etwas lauter werden, aber uns hat es nicht gestört und gegen Mitternacht war meistens alles ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt !

Traumhafte Lage und super hilfreiche Hosts

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in der Wohnung von Isabell + Guy und es war wunderbar. Unserer Meinung hat die Wohnung mit der Dachterrasse die beste Lage im ganzen Ort. Die Dachterrasse blickt genau aufs Meer und ist den ganzen Tag schön im Schatten, so dass man dort den ganzen Tag gut verbringen kann. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und nicht überlaufen. Wir hatten jeden Tag herrliches Wasser und keine Quallen (was in Ibiza nicht immer der Fall ist). Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Guy war 1A und er war so herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung jedem empfehlen.
