Open floor plan in this gathering house makes a great place to be together. Spacious kitchen with center island. Two dining areas, large living room plus TV area. Lots of room to relax and unwind.
Sliders lead to sunny courtyard with big deck surrounding pool. We have many lounge chairs and patio sets. Clay tennis court beyond. Minutes to bay, Sag Harbor Village, Bridgehampton and ocean beaches.
Separate poolhouse not included. Property manager may be on site.

The house is set up for people to relax. Whether it be around the large kitchen with center island and breakfast bar or out by the 40 foot pool, there is plenty space to come together or stay apart.
What makes this property unique
The sunny pool area is next to the tennis court. Sliding doors from the kitchen out to the deck make it easy to BBQ and host inside or out.
