The highlight: In the summer months you are able to jump into our panoramic pool directly from your terrace. During the winter you will reach the slopes within 5 walking minutes.

The charming apartment is divided in two sleeping rooms and a vast living room, which gives space for up to 6 guests. The hillside location provides a marvelous view over the rooftops of Kaprun. Our guests love to relax in the sun loungers at the pool and have a barbecue on warm summer evenings. Of course we provide free parking and Wifi.

The kitchen provides everything you need to spoil your beloved ones: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.

The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 1,5h, 80km).
