The Villa Gardens is a modern, luxurious 5-star villa, which was built according to our special ideas. Depending on the season, our guests will find fruits (cherries, walnuts, apples, grapes, figs, quinces, melons ...), vegetables (various salads, radicchio, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini ...) and herbs (thyme, coriander, basil, mints ...) directly from the gardens. All gardens have automatic irrigation.The 230 m² villa with a beautiful sea view has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with natural stone tiles, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a large living room, a library and a laundry room.The property has an alarm system and there is a safe in each room. The property is guarded by a local security guard. The heated swimming pool has offers a fantastic view over the Kvarner Bay, the island of Krk and the Riviera Crikvenica. A sun terrace with pebbles and 8 sun loungers are available, as well as bath towels. The natural stone terrace with a large fireplace for barbecue, a dining table for 8 people is the perfect place for gourmet pleasures. The whole property has 1700 m2. There are also 3 parking spaces on the property. This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic environment and is therefore not suitable for party tourists. Youth groups are not allowed.
