Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake oasis! Recently renovated, this home has luxury amenities to accommodate everyone for the most amazing stay. With beautiful views of the lush forest and the sounds of the natural wildlife, this is one of the best properties to stay for a lake getaway. Large TVs, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, rainfall shower and a 2 story dock is just a few of the perks of staying at Lanier Landing. Each bedroom is specifically set up for guests to have the most comfortable stay. Extra pillows, cooling sheets, USB lamps, throw blankets, fans in each room and blackout curtains makes the most luxurious night's sleep. Lanier Landing features 2 sets of full-size bunk beds with a twin size trundle. A chef's kitchen fully-equipped with all of the essentials is ready for your perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lanier Landing has a spacious deck with a granite fire pit, grill, screened in porch and 2 dining areas to accommodate large groups of family and friends. A media room with games, books and an arcade game is perfect for the whole family! We feature a room specifically for "getting ready" equipped with a custom made vanity, large mirrors, a beverage cooler, and an instagramable greenery wall is perfect for selfies and getting ready before dinner or a big event. Guests will have access to the entire property including the 2 story deck and 3 car garage. Lanier landing is set in a residential neighborhood. We value our neighbors so we have quiet hours from 10pm-6am. Our dock is a short walk behind the home. Signs are posted for easy directions. Parking is allowed in our 3 car garage and driveway, no street parking is available. Having a car is necessary at Lanier Landing. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. Fantastic Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family spring break getaway. We had plenty of space to spread out, lots of bathrooms for privacy, and there was just a general good vibe in this beautiful, huge house. The dock on the lake, huge patio deck, and hot tub were amazing and all got used, even on a couple of chilly days. Chelsea was super easy to work with and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place!

Thanksgiving Fun

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to have a great family Thanksgiving dinner for 14. 2 grandkids stayed with us all week. They loved being with Gram and PaPa and fishing off the dock and just enjoying their special time.

Relaxing birthday trip

Wonderful weekend getaway! We loved the beautiful back porch and spent a majority of our time relaxing by the outdoor fire table and in the hot tub! We grilled, hung out of the awesome double decker dock and had just an overall wonderful weekend at this fully stocked and homey rental!

Luxury on the lake

My family and I just finished our favorite trip of our lives at this property. The house is beautiful and it is right in the lake. We swam, caught fish from the dock and relaxed in the hot tub. Unbelievable week at an unbelievable home. I can’t recommend it enough.

Fabulous, 5 Star, will definitely book again!

We spent the Christmas holidays in this beautiful home. It worked very well for our family! Spacious, well equipped, perfect for a large family. The location is phenomenal- the dock is gorgeous. We will definitely come back in warm weather! Perfect location on the lake. Adult children said it’s the best house we have stayed at for the holidays!

Excellent place, thought of everything

We had a great time, they thought of everything. To give some insight into everything, the house has a towel warmer and waffle maker, and everything else you may or may not need. The dock is awesome with a great furniture and bar set up. Fooseball upstairs kept us all up later than normal and the hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Perfect location to rent a boat from the Marino across the cove and dock it at the provided dock for the weekend. Very nice spacious house!
