The former farmhouse from 1840 is located in the scenic northern fishing. Süderholz, a district of Ringsberg, is located directly on a beech forest, surrounded by fields, meadows, biking and hiking trails. On the nearby road can be reached in a short time by car or bicycle numerous beaches and destinations along the Flensburg Fjord. At rush hours, traffic noise is expected. The small cozy apartment with low ceiling height (front door: 1.72 m, inside up to 1.95 m) was rebuilt in 2017 and renovated. It is located on the ground floor in the front part of the house. The attic above is part of the landlord apartment, occasional footsteps are possible. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with satellite TV, DVD, CD radio, bookcase, sofa and fold-out dining table, a small bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and a well-equipped kitchen.  Garden and washing machine can be shared.
