Great location in Miami

Common space is really good! Our family had plenty of room to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal at a large table. The location worked well for us to use as a home base to get to beaches, art districts, and Fairchild Gardens.

Miami 5 bedroom villa with open floor plan, pool and garden

We are a group of 4 biologists working for a few weeks with colleagues at Miami University to study local flora and fauna in nearby parks and at Montgomery Botanical Garden. The house was ideal for our needs. The house was immaculate, with comfortable beds and a nice distribution of bedrooms with bathroom access for everyone. The open floor plan of the dining room/ living room area was ideal for us to have meetings in multiple areas without interfering with each other. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. We had cold weather for part of the time and were pleasantly surprised that the heating in the house was very good. The pool was clean and lovely to look out onto -- a flock of peacocks visited us several times, which was fun for everyone. Luis was immediately receptive and helpful when we contacted him about replacing batteries for the lock on the front door. This house was perfect for our needs, and if we return to Miami to do more work, we will definitely try to stay here again.

The neighborhood is very safe and has lots of place to check around! The house is perfect for big groups and its not that easy to find another house like this one near the cool places in miami for this price!
