Everything was great. We were a little further from the water than expected. A bit further than a ten minute walk. The drive there wasn't very far. Had a fire ban so didn't really matter that we didn't have fire wood. They do need to tighten up the bunk beds(screws too loose )made the
Cute and clean Snakecreek Home!! Lots of parking - we had a truck with boat and a jeep, still had plenty space left for additional parking. They have made some modern changes in the home, cute and clean. Watch out for spiral staircase, middle of room but no issues for us. Hosts very responsive, would stay again. Close to the marina, so great location to fish. Enjoyed our stay!!
Great stay, the place was clean and very comfortable
House and property were great but neighbors next door left a large outdoor light on making sitting around the fire not so enjoyable, also dogs barking for 3+ hours every night wasn’t great
Only real drawback was the neighbors leaving their outside lights on as we were sitting by the fire, dogs also barked for awhile, inside was nice , clean and comfortable
It was a great place. It had everything we needed and close to town if needed. Great outside space with fire pit. We only stayed one night but would not hesitate to stay longer next time.
It is a typical cabin. Pretty area. We enjoyed our stay. Probably not the best for children as the steps to the upstairs bedroom are very steep, metal, and are located in a central part of the house. We were afraid our granddaughter would hit her head- but she did not. The heater in main bedroom was not working but others in the house kept it warm after a bit.
Just as advertised. Very clean. Nice place to stay. Everything was there that we needed. Had a hard time finding it since it sits off the road and couldn’t see the house numbers. Be nice to have an address sign near the road, but overall nice place to stay and would recommend it.
We went to spend a weekend with family at the lake. I highly recommend this place! It was cute, nice and quiet and clean. The air also worked great! I was a bit questionable because it is July. I was pleasantly pleased.
This house was perfect. Clean, stocked, super comfortable and well decorated. The outdoor area was great with the fire pit and deck area. Fun games outside and plenty of parking for our boat. Docks to fish at right down the road and boat ramp at state park the other direction. Highly recommend and hope to go back.
Such a cute home, decored tasteful, and close to snake Creek Marina. Quiet, Comfortable. Great outside area with chairs, fire pit, bbq, corn hole. Lots of nature at your finger tips. Some bugs inside but nothing to major.
We had an enjoyable 2 day stay. The gas grill probably needs its burners replaced. The heat was uneven and a little difficult to grill with. Bugs and spiders are getting into the house, but that is probably expected this time of the year and where the house is located in the woods. Thank you... we enjoyed staying in your cabin.
My husband and I took our kids. Ages 15 and 11. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The cabin included bean bag toss and horseshoes, which the kids loved. The cabin is so adorable. Modern but still feels rustic and cabin-like. We will be staying here again!

Cozy cabin that needs a better cleaning service
This cabin offers a cozy atmosphere with tons of stuff to do nearby. The problems we had were with the accuracy of the online listing. Online the listing had 2 sets of bunk beds in the upstairs room. When we found out that there is only one we contacted the host who then offered a refund. However it was too late to book anywhere else so we elected to take cots and just make the best of it. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. The floor had dirt and per fur on it. There were numerous beer bottle cabins littered about outside. The fire pit is in poor repair and the grill was dirty. There were also no extra trash bags for the big can in the kitchen and the outside dumpster was full upon our arrival. All of that being said, the cabin is a nice building with ample room for a party of 5-7 people if they share beds.
Came from Idaho to run the Vian Hilltop Marathon. Richard was so great and even offered a late checkout so I could come back and shower after the run. Super cute and super clean cabin. Quiet neighborhood. I wish I had more time to walk down and take a look at the lake.
