Why they chose this property
This home was built by Ron's parents in 1953 as the family home. Ron's parents worked with the architect to expand the house as the family desire for more living and entertaining space evolved.
What makes this property unique
This house was designed by Frank Merwin as a distinctive mid-century modern home constructed of Redwood with open beam ceilings and easy access to the large back yard and pool.
