Completely remodeled darling 1 bedroom separate apartment is quiet, private and spacious. Find out why we are known as the "Valley of the Sun" as you enjoy our breathtaking sunsets on your sweet patio overlook! Then head inside to watch a show on our HUGE 70" with some fun movie snacks we provide for you.. We are located minutes from the Spring Training Facilities, golf courses, restaurants and grocery. Hiking is just around the corner as well. Come stay in our home away from home.
The space
Please read full details:
Our fresh new apartment is attached to our beautiful home but is completely private with its own entrance. You can park right in front of the home and head up your private outdoor staircase. Premium, cozy king sized bed and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and TVs in both the main room and the bedroom as well as a comfortable shower/tub make it easy to sit back and relax. Or, if you need to get some work done, we have a nice workspace with fast wifi and chargers for your needs. There is a full sized sleeper sofa that can easily be pulled out for any other guest you may have. Since this is a brand new sight, please let us know if you have any special needs or requests we may have overlooked and we are so happy to accommodate. Welcome ~ and feel free to stay a while!

Beautiful and perfect!
This property was exactly as described. The check in/out process was smooth, and the owner was super responsive. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Snacks left on the kitchen table and fresh squeezed OJ in the fridge were great after a long day of travel. I would certainly visit this property again!

Our stay was great. Just the little things that were super nice, made us feel at home from the welcome note personalized with a movie pack, to the cute fresh squeezed orange juice in the fridge! The accommodations were at all ages, levels and were extremely nice things. Super clean, washer and dryer which is nice. We most def will be back next time we visit the area!

One of the best so far
I cannot say enough good things about this property. Clean, quiet, convenient, private, very well stocked. This is by far one of the best VRBO spaces I've stayed in. I will definitely be back when in Mesa again. The owners have taken very good care of the space. They even provided movie snacks.

Wonderful Stay
Comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly and communicative hostess, and the apartment is in a convenient location - all exactly as advertised. And the place was competitively priced (a great deal from our perspective). What more could we ask for?! My wife and I are seniors with good knees, so we had no problem navigating the stairs to the apartment. However, someone with poor balance or knees could have difficulty.

Other than being unable to get local ABC, NBC, CBS type channels it was very comfortable. We are a couple that watches a lot of news and all we were able to get was channels from the previous day. Beautiful home.

Fabulous Mesa Retreat
We had a nice quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtful stay here. Property is immaculate which was a super plus for my OCD. The hosts are so sweet and thoughtful and we got fresh squeezed orange juice and movie snacks upon arrival. Bed and linens are extra comfy and there are extra touches all around. Kim, one of the hosts is super responsive but not needed because everything you need and want is provided!

Lovely and peaceful stay
My husband and I needed a getaway for the weekend and this turned out to be a perfect choice. It was located in a nice neighborhood, the rooms were clean and in good condition. It was near some interesting places to eat. The hosts left us some fresh orange juice in the fridge, which was a lovely touch.

The property is so beautiful, meticulously kept, so cozy, comfortable and very clean. The manager, Kim is the best! She was so helpful, friendly, included awesome added touches, offered suggestions for nearby eateries and things to do. The space was quiet and very private. Off-street parking. We would book this beautiful retreat again in a heart beat! Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and still convenient to stores, restaurants and highways. Super clean, lovely apartment. We couldn’t of asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay there again.

Lovely neighborhood
I very much enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. Snacks were provided as well as fresh squeezed orange juice! The unit was spacious and open. I had everything I needed and felt right at home. I would try to stay here again on my next trip to The Mesa area.
