The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, its private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single-size bed with a private terrasse, a bathroom and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a terrasse. The apartment has A/C in every room and comfortably fits 7 guests.

The apartment is fully renovated and decorated in an modern art style.  All the bedsheets, towels, pillows and house appliances are brandnew and of superior quality.  The condominium amenities include 24h security (with guards and cameras), indoor parking, elevator, pool and rancho areas, a comfortable pergola with a barbecue, outdoor kitchen, TV, dining space, a gym, bathrooms and shower. All the guests have access to the gym and the pool.  

Access
The apartment is ideally located 5 mins walking distance from Tamarindo beach and downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores the guests can enjoy without using transportation. For tennis and pickleball lovers, the condominium is right next to the Tennis and Pickleball Club of Tamarindo. For surfers, the condominium is at few steps from Tamarindo's main surf break.
