The Cozy Condo is the perfect place with NO STAIRS has 1 bedroom - 1 bath unit sleeps 4-6. It has an amenities package that includes INDOOR & OUTDOOR pools, hot tubs, tennis, fitness center, playground, grilling area, and UNLIMITED mini-golf plus much more! All of these are included in your nightly rate - so you can enjoy more of what all Branson has to offer.

As you enter the door, you'll notice a hanging hooks to leave your keys. On the left you'll find a dual vanity and the bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom with a queen bed, large window with natural light, and a closet is located just off the bathroom area. In the hallway, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer with a starter supply of laundry soap. These are free to use as much as you'd like during your stay. Just past the hall, the living room, kitchen, and dining area are an open concept type area. The sofa and chair make for cozy sitting area. The Welcome Book has the amenities pass and details. The kitchen includes all appliances and a dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Just off the dining area, there is a coffee bar with both a drip and k-cup Keurig. A private patio with seating is just out the sliding glass door in the dining area. This condo is located in the community of Fall Creek and only a few minutes from LAKE TANEYCOMO, TABLE ROCK LAKE, BRANSON LANDING, Route 76, & the BRANSON STRIP.
