This is the perfect mountain cabin getaway property for you and your group! People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district.

The Space:
This is one unit in a duplex in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! There is a media room, and there are 3 large decks that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces, and a third space can be requested and approved by the Property Manager.

Key-less front door entry. Code will be the last 4 digits to the phone number on file for your reservation.

+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
