Bright, Cheery, Clean Four Bedroom House at Beach - Completely Renovated

A lovely four bedroom home in the Southern part of Beach Haven. Only 9 houses from the beach, just renovated throughout with new carpeting, remodeled bathroom, new furniture, appliances, ....

We took advantage of Sandy to raise our house and remodel the entire first floor. We have all new furniture and appliances and a new open kitchen layout.

The home has a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood suited for families or couples. Playground is a short walk away.

Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and all the amenities and comforts you would expect in your own home.

Large, lighted screened in porch that provides a great environment to eat and enjoy after a day at the beach.

Attached garage provides washer and dryer.

Great LBI Beach House

My family’s first trip to LBI and this house did not disappoint. Great location for the beach/town and a 5 minute walk to an ice cream shop and playground, nothing else you could ask for!

My family and I had a great week. The house was perfect - we loved the back screened in porch (one of our favorite places to hang out!). Every precaution was taken by the owner to ensure cleanliness of the house in light of the current COVID pandemic. Even with the tropical storm and loss of power, the owner checked in multiple times to make sure we were safe. He was easy to contact with any questions.

A great get away house !

The owner was really incredible with making it easy to just show up unpack and have everything you need. There was nothing left unsaid from beach badges to code for the garage etc. Had EVERYTHING— Outside shower, hoses in front and back to keep sand out of house- awesome screened in deck w chairs and picnic table too - gas grill - upper roof deck - great furniture - great kitchen— two tv rooms with game set up. Really a perfect stay. We Really loved our stay!!

Great house in great location.

We love Beach Haven and this house is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to beach. One mile from the center of town. But just 2 blocks away we loved the Juice House and the Boardwalk ice cream shop. The house itself is great. It was a hot week, the central air was awesome, as were ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen was well equipped and recently updated. The outdoor shower was terrific, but could use a small caddy or bench to store shampoos, etc. The beds were very comfortable. Having beach badges is a great thing as well. This is a great house for a large family or two families with two kids each. Nice common space and screened in porch as well.
