Lovely 2BR condo w/ pool in the heart of Seattle!

Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an LCD television in the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom all equipped with Rokus, and a cozy gas fireplace. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, 2 extremely comfortable extra long twin sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room along with a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

Great location

Everything was as described and in good shape. Location was great for seeing all the sites. Everything was about a 0.5 mile walk including the light rail for farther destinations. Communications with the owners was great. Stan was waiting on us when we arrived to check us in. This type of building does have rules but it is more about keeping everyone safe. The building was quiet but you are in a city so yes you will hear noise from the streets. Many of the local businesses had security staff for the later hours. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location !

My family and I stayed here after a week long National Parks trip. We wanted to explore Seattle and this condo was perfect for that ! We walked most places and enjoyed being close to the downtown sites. Check in was super easy with a host to guide us to the parking area and get us settled in the condo. Definitely would stay here again!

Overall, I would opt to stay somewhere else on my next trip to Seattle. This is a great location but the building rules and regulations are just annoying and too much - you go on vacation to relax and you are constantly stressed about all of the rules and the people that live in the building will not hesitate to tell you their opinions. The description of the property said A/C. Well, be more specific. It's a floor unit that goes out the window so it's really loud. Yes, they warn you that there is a lot of traffic and street noise but when you think you have an a/c to keep the place cool but learn you have to open your windows at night to get cool air in your room it's insanely noisy. This apt is also on the alley so the primary suite is bright at all hours because of the alley lighting, there are blackout curtains for this but that doesn't help with all of the noise. Furthermore, the advertisement boasts a balcony with seating. There is a balcony, with chairs along with mold, mildew and rotting wood. It smells so awful that you can't enjoy the courtyard or open the sliding door to the primary suite because of it. There is a great pizza joint and small convenient store close which was nice.

Excellent location and super accommodation and host

First off, communication with the owner/manager was great. Check in process was simple, even through we were arriving between 8:30pm - 9:00pm. Not only is this property a short walk from the Clipper ferry terminal (some uphill) it is also well located within walking distance to Pike Place Market, Chihuly Gallery and the Space Needle. Somewhat longer walks to Pioneer Square, Smith Tower and other attractions. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby. The unit was even better than described, and it did not lack any of the things you will need for your stay. When you go, make sure you take advantage of the 7th floor patio. Enjoy a beverage basking in the late afternoon sun or be adventurous and take in a sunset over Puget Sound.
