Labor day weekend

Safe neighborhood, free parking on street available, the place was clean and have everything u need to stay. Friends and I had a really nice weekend.

Very nice neighborhood

Very cute and safe neighborhood. The host is very responsive to messages. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Expect long car rides to downtown Chicago and Wrigley Field on event days/weekends/rush hour.

Quiet neighborhood, clean place.

Nice location, just a couple blocks from a bus stop and cute cafe. I couldn’t figure out the code to enter, but it was my issue, not the lock or property. I called the owner and he answered immediately and walked me through it. It was clean in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed es the stay

We booked this home for 4 days , It was a nice neighborhood and we felt safe . I like how you could walk down the block and there was stores and restaurants near by. The only con was the parking . It was a street parking so you can park anywhere , just make sure u check the signs on the poles in the streets for whenever they have street cleaning sceduled so u don’t get a ticket , other then that we have a great trip and safe spot to stay 😊

Great host, great neighborhood

Stayed over the Memorial weekend and had a great time. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants. David, the host, was very accommodating.

Family reunion (3 of us)

Wow. When we first walked in it is so large it goes on forever. We had a very pleasant stay. It is a great neighborhood for walking, even to stores and a sandwich cafe. The owner always got right back to me and answered all of our questions. I would stay there again.

Chicago Stay

Very clean and comfortable flat. Great location and easy entry and exit. Wonderful Kourig and updated kitchen. Beds are comfortable for a great sleep. All in all an enjoyable stay! David is available, responsive and easy to reach.

such a great weekend

we had so much fun staying at this property! it was super spacious and plenty of room for 6 people to sleep separately. the kitchen was beautiful, clean, and had many clean and new appliances. the area also was very nice with a lot of bars and restaurants near by, and a 20 minute uber into the city. david (the host) was super responsive with any questions and was very nice and hospitable. I would 100% recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay in Chicago. Pro: clean property. Plenty of room for a family. Cons: parking. It’s on street not assigned so most evenings was difficult to find a spot close by.

Wonderful stay

Home was very clean, well maintained with lovely amenities like Keurig machine & supplies and TV in bedrooms. Host was extremely responsive to a quick question. A lovely place in a nice neighborhood. On my list to stay again.

Cute neighborhood, Great location

The place was very nice and accommodating. There are upstairs neighbors you could hear walking around but it wasn’t off putting. Walking distance to several breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. Recommend the Bryn Mawr. We ate there twice for breakfast- amazing!!! The only thing missing for me was fans for the bedrooms….. but that’s a personal preference:)
