This boutique property is ideally located steps away from the trendiest restaurants and bars, coffee shops, Lake Michigan beaches, Brady Street, hospitals, North Avenue, downtown, the Oak Leaf Trail, biking, hiking, the river walk, Public Market and other grocery stores, Summerfest, and the all-new Bucks arena/Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is known as “Brew City” for a reason, and we have two well-known breweries just a few blocks away - Eagle Park Brewery and Lakefront.
You will find this place is ideal for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette groups, families, reunions, and business travelers.
After coming home from a tough day at the beach or eating your way through the many award-winning restaurants trying to figure out your favorite cheese curd, you will find free, blazing fast WiFi, central air conditioning and heat, and two Smart TVs with your favorite apps (cable not included) - feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Kitchen/Dining:
Put your chef hat on and find yourself showing off your cooking skills on the gas range in the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, blender, and a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve coffee maker. Or gather your friends around the large kitchen peninsula and put your mixology skills to the test to serve up some classic Wisconsin Old Fashioned cocktails. Two stackable washers and dryers along with detergent are also conveniently located in this space.
Living Rooms:
For a rainy day or just a cozy night in, relax in the elegant living room well-appointed with a 65 inch Smart TV and games to keep the entertainment going. The living room is well-appointed with a sofa, chair, and a Smart TV.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: Queen bed with twin trundle pull-out bed, dresser, TV, luggage rack, and walk-in closet
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with twin trundle pull-out bed, and luggage rack.
Bathrooms:
You will find a full bathroom complete with a tub and completely stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. There is also a half bathroom for those days when your traveling buddy can't seem to get out of the main bathroom.
Outdoor:
A shared grill is available to use on the concrete slab behind the house.
*Please be aware the outdoor grill and space is shared amongst the tenants at the property.
*This outdoor grilling space is only to be used during non-Milwaukee quiet hours from 7am to 9pm.
Check out is 11am. Please ask about the possibility of a late check-out.
You will have the upper front duplex to yourself beginning at 4pm. The entrance is through the side door. You will be provided a code the day before arrival. The host and co-host will be available for help most of the time between 9am and 6pm. We do not have a 24 hour service, but we do our best to help with any accommodations for your entire stay. As a reminder, we are not a full service hotel. We are providing our space for the month and some essentials to make your stay better.
At this time, there is only street parking available, but it is free to park for up to three nights. More specific instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Keep in mind this is shared building and patio with other tenants so be mindful and respectful in regards to noise levels. Parties or loud music will NOT be tolerated. Due to neighboring families, the patio may only be used from 7am-9pm. Additional rules and regulations for the patio and quiet hours will be provided upon arrival. There are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property. While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety reasons.
Early check-in/check-out will be accommodated as reservations allow. Please check with host prior to arrival to discuss this possibility.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security "hold" that will be collected upon signing rental agreement, but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
