Sehr sauber und tierfreundlich

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der sehr schönen und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten unseren Zwergpudel dabei. Zur Begrüßung stand gleich ein Wassernapf bereit. Die Wohnung ist angenehm warm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Bad ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen. Auch das war für uns kein Problem, da wir sowieso immer mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Dafür ist es nah am Wald und ideal wenn man mit seinem Vierbeiner spazieren gehen möchte. Der Vermieter ist ausserdem sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Liebevolle und gepflegte FeWo

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende zu dritt (plus Hund) in der liebevoll eingerichteten FeWo! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und man findet alles, was man braucht (sogar Bücher/Spiele). Auf der kleinen Terrasse neben dem Haus kann man herrlich in der Sonne frühstücken. Parkplätze gibt es in der ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnstraße genug. Auf das Auto ist man allerdings, sofern man sich ein paar „Pfalz-Orte“ anschauen und einkaufen möchte, angewiesen. Die Wohnung liegt, wie der Name sagt, an einem Hang, sodass man schon über eine gewisse Fitness verfügen muss, um nach Neustadt Zentrum zu laufen. Auch einen Bäcker haben wir nicht in fußläufiger Entfernung gefunden. Allerdings ist die im Preis enthaltene „Pfalz-Card“ toll! Mit ihr kann man gratis Zug fahren und viele tolle Angebote ohne Kosten nutzen. Empfehlenswert ist u. E. zum Beispiel der Zoo in Landau, den man mit der Card (und sogar mit Hund) kostenfrei besuchen kann. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt ist! Die Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber der telefonische/elektronische Kontakt war sehr freundlich und das Check-in/Check-out hat hervorragend geklappt. Das „große“ Bad verfügt nur über eine Badewanne und ein Waschbecken und die Toilette befindet sich am anderen Ende der Wohnung, sodass das Wohnzimmer mit der Klappcouch durchquert werden muss. Auch, wenn das „große“ Bad optisch modernisiert werden könnte, hat alles funktioniert und es handelt sich daher um eine zu vernachlässigende Kritik. Alles in allem werden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Pfalz sind.
