- 3 minutes drive from the Gaylord Rockies Resort.
- 3 minutes to FlightSafety International.
- 5 minutes from the RTD light rail station.
- 25 minutes from Downtown Denver.

- Vietnamese Phở Restaurant is 2 minutes away.
Spas:
- Nails & Spa salons are 2-5 minutes away.
Bars:
- Green Valley Ranch Beer Garden is 5 minutes away.
Stores:
- Walmart is 9 minutes away.
- Sprouts Farmers Market is 4 minutes away.

The Space:
- Our home is professionally cleaned after each stay.
- Guests will have the entire house for privacy.
- There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full/double bed.
- There is a swing on the front porch.
- The property has one security camera on the front door (Ringdoor Bell). It will be on during your stay.
- Brand New Washer and Dryer.
Guests access:
- The whole house is available for your use, except for a lock-off 2-car garage and a lock-off unfinished basement which are not available for use.
- Guests will access the house using the smart lock. Code will be provided after booking.

Your staying on our property acknowledges that we are not liable for any injury to you or your guests while on our property.
Child Safety:
Please note the space is NOT guaranteed to be baby-proof or childproof. Please inspect the space when you first arrive and move any breakable items or choking hazards out of your child's reach. It is your and/or all the guest's responsibility to watch your children at all times.
Damage:
Accidents happen. If you or your guests break anything, it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can replace it. If you notify us, we do not hold it against you in your review. We can easily arrange compensation or replacement through VRBO App.
