About this property

Beautiful decorated three story home is located just 4 houses to the beach, on one of Avalon’s best beach block locations. On the first floor is the family room with a pool table for your enjoyment, ½ bath off the hallway and a full hall bath with shower, bedroom #1 with a queen bed and access to sliders to the back deck. Bedroom # 2 has 2 twin beds and sliders out to the deck out back. On the second floor is the Living room, dining area and kitchen with sliders out to the large deck with great views of the ocean and half bath. Bedroom # 3 with a twin over twin trundle bed and access to the deck, bedroom # 4 with a queen bed and sliders out to another deck. On the 3rd floor is a sitting area and the master suite with a king size bed and private deck. The detached garage is for storage only. Come and relax in this beautiful beach block home!!!
