Great place! We were greeted with a warm welcome and checked on daily for any requests that needed filling. Plan to stay there again when visiting the beautiful Hill Country and family 😎

Had a great Thanksgiving with my family. Two things we encountered was, there was very little to zero hot water and our son had to sleep on a couch when the site information said futon.
We gave 5 stars and would've given a higher rating if we could have! We enjoyed ourselves so much, the cabin was beautiful, the river and kayaks were a lot of fun, and the owner was so nice. It was such a relaxing trip, and exactly what we needed. We will be recommending this resort to everyone!
Our stay was for a conference in Kerrville, but we'll be back for a getaway by the river! Everything in the cabin is well thought out from decor to basic needs. The area by the river has everything necessary for a fun day of play on the river!
We came for a short stay. Cabins are located between Hunt and Ingram. Easy to find and very clean. Unlike many VRBO’s this home is stalked with toiletries, bottled water, coffee and snacks. New and comfortable cozy. Very friendly management and other guests.
The cabin was spotless. Very quiet. If there was one complaint, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that small complaint, everything else was fantastic.
Stay was better than expected, great accomodations!
We had excellent communication from Daniel prior to the stay and even offered early check-in. The cabin was well maintained, clean and even had unexpected nice extras on arrival such as snacks and water. The. Abin has a nice covered front porch with chairs and a charcoal grill available. During our stay Daniel checked in with us on anything else we may need, very kind and welcoming.
The area by the river was really great with two fire areas, multiple seating options, kayaks, hammocks and although across the road it is a short walk or even shorter drive down a well maintained concrete path. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
There are 7 of these small cabins lined up along side each other in a circle drive on the property. They aren’t secluded either however each of the cabins are very new construction. They have many if not most of the amenities a person would need. They are very nice inside and consist of a full kitchen (no dishwasher), a bedroom, a full bath (tub shower combo), and a small living area. Two things that I would recommend a person bring with them as they are not provided are bars of soap for the shower (liquid soap dispenser provided) and grilling utensils (small grill is provided).
The river access is across the street from the rentals and is very nice. There is a wonderfully built Pavilion equipped with hammocks beside the river. There is also a large fire pit that is professionally built which my wife and I built a fire in one evening. It was beautiful as you are able to hear the river running through the many rocks. Amazing! Chairs and firewood are provided and it was truly relaxing!
Comfort and Fredericksburg are within a 30-40 minute drive.
Overall, it was a wonderful time. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely return.

The cabin was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very accessible and helpful. The walking area was also very pretty, we were able to see deer, a blue heron, finches and several fish in the very clear Guadalupe River. Perfect location to explore the hill country. Quiet and comfortable.
The view of property in the listing was not what we saw upon arrival. This was somewhat disappointing. We were expecting to sit in front of the water.
Overall experience was grand !!!
