📌HOUSE RULES:
1)📌RENTAL CONTRACT: As per current LA City STR laws and for our liability & security protocols, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO BOOKING confirmation. E-contract, which will be sent to your email address via DocuSign.

📌To receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address.

2)🚫DO NOT BLOCK the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.
*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.

3) If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’.

4) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is charged or withheld directly by the host, not via VRBO, anytime after booking confirmation. If there are no issues, the security deposit will be refunded after check-out.

5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.

6) As the reservation holder, your presence is required at the check-in

8) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children.

9) Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available, therefore, NO outside vendors, chefs permitted. Our team is here to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.

10) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities.
