OU Graduation Weekend

We stayed here with family for my wife's graduation from OU. The location of the place was perfect for exploring the campus and area. Host was very responsive to emails and needs. Great space in the house and backyard to visit with family.

Graduation and softball super regionals

Great location to campus, easily walkable safe neighborhood. Large bedrooms. It was fun to play ping pong while the boys played x-box.

A great place to stay

We love staying at the Gameroom. This was our 2nd opportunity to stay there and both times were great. It is very clean, well equipped, spacious and the house has a nice character about it. Nathan is a great host and was very easy to reach with any questions we had.

Great Stay at The Gameroom

Just spent the weekend in Norman for OU graduation. Renting “The Gameroom” was a great decision. It’s close to campus and had plenty of room for our family of 8. Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances and even keurig coffee pods, creamer & tea! Backyard is large with a fire pit and the enclosed back family room has ping pong, darts and a gaming system. Nathan, the owner, was so responsive and even left us a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and snacks! Will certainly rent “The Gameroom” again when in Norman.

Great house. Perfect for a larger party

Wonderful and true listing. Wonderful back yard and the house is nice and open. All 3 bedrooms were great and a foldout in the game room we didn’t use. Quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located. Very nicely furnished and wonderful host response. Several of our family in Norman have already asked for this listing when other family comes to town to visit. We will certainly favorite this property for future trips. So much better than staying in a hotel by far.

Quiet home with easy access to Norman and OKC

Gold Standard for VRBO homes

We stayed a week at this amazing home helping our college student recover from surgery. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to campus. The home is laid out nicely and has a beautiful private backyard. We didn’t really use all of the fun amenities (firepit, etc) but would definitely try them next stay. The owner/manager has gone to great lengths to ensure his guests are comfortable, there are nice appliances and extremely comfortable beds. In addition, he was very gracious and responsive to all communications. A great stay!!

"Hall of Fame" Gameroom

We had a large group of family stay together at the property for the senior recital for my son, an OU music major. They ranged in age from college age sister to 85 y.o. grandfather. Communication with Nathan was great. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, and a spacious and very clean house. TV had many options and there was adequate wifi for the many devices we had. Everyone felt comfortable with their sleeping arrangements. We probably had a couple people too many in our group for the bathrooms. I had a surprisingly comfortable bed. It appears that each bedroom had the premium foam mattresses, and several people commented that they slept better than they expected. We didn’t figure out until the second night that there were two heating zones and two thermostats, but since we had so many people, the range of preferred temperatures essentially made that a moot point anyway. All-in-all, this was a very good rental for a large group that is close to OU’s campus. We were very pleased and would stay again!

Wonderful stay for Bedlam

I am a husband and a father with a full time job. I have several real estate businesses on the side, and the vacation rentals is by far the most fun! I love sports, food, wine, and hanging with friends and family. We are frequent travelers so we have made this home so that we would love to stay here if we were on vacation. We love to host and want to help you make special memories!

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful home, and it is very close to campus. Just a few blocks away, and about a 15 minute walk to the football stadium. This is the perfect location and home if you are visiting friends and family at the University of Oklahoma. Boomer Sooner!

What makes this property unique

This house is quite large and has a gameroom with darts, ping pong, Xbox, cornhole, and even has a firepit with outdoor furniture. The back yard is fenced in and huge, so you will love having a great place for both the kids and adults to hang out and relax.
