The gorgeous full kitchen comes well-equipped with all major appliances and cookware for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar or sit down to a meal with family and friends at the dining table set for six. Relax in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or catch up on remote work needs at the dedicated office desk. A gas fireplace adds a touch of cozy ambiance for evening entertainment. A private patio comes furnished with table seating and a gas grill for happy hours and afternoon cookouts. In-home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom features direct. balcony access and a private en suite equipped with a separate tub and shower. A shared, full bathroom is available for household use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
