Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern cottage in a perfect location.
You are within easy 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.

Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing.

This is a licensed Santa Monica Home-Share #229082. Host will be present during the visitor’s stay’ . The home-share may not be booked or rented by more than two groups of visitors for any given date”

We come back to Santa Monica often since we moved away 12 years ago. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was as described. We love to have some meals in when traveling so the well appointed kitchen was great. Loved the outdoor space for a nap. Walked to most all our fun. Thank you for making your cottage available.

Perfect! This is s top three of the best VRBO stays I've had. David is a wonderful host who truly cares about his guests. The cottage is spotless with great attention to detail. The amenities were such a bonus. What a gem. I hope to stay here again.

Wir haben das Appartement als Familie mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 12 Jahre) genutzt. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen gemütlichen Aussenbereich. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfect spot!
This beach cottage is bright and clean and has everything you could want … it’s quiet and private, though the host is responsive if you need anything, it’s a great neighborhood with access to Santa Monica, ocean park, Venice, and the 10 and the metro if you want to head east. You can walk to the beach or dinner. Even has a washer and dryer and A/C. We loved our stay here in this comfy spot and especially loved the cute patio out front for after dinner hangouts. Can’t go wrong here!

Perfect Get Away
Teresa’s guest house was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located making it easy to go to the beach or the city. The porch was a highlight for me in the morning drinking coffee and reading a book. Teresa was extremely accommodating with any request we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The home was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, and the outside deck was a perfect spot to relax. The location was a quick walk to Main Street in Santa Monica and a couple more blocks to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely be back! We have lived in Santa Monica for over 25 years. My daughter has just gone off to college and my son is a freshman at Santa Monica High School. I am originally from the UK. We love the relaxing beach atmosphere; farmers markets and restaurant varieties in Santa Monica; a great place for foodies.

Why they chose this property

The House has the perfect mix of privacy and location. Hidden behind tall hedges is a peaceful atmosphere. We have been very fortunate to have people who have found the house and neighborhood relaxing and enjoyable. The usual response from our guests, 'just what they are looking for'.

What makes this property unique

I am a busy professional but always have time for guests who need a little extra help. I have booked Laker tickets for the family who had a problem with their credit card, recommended doctors and given a lovely Italian family a ride to airport because they were have trouble navigating the freeway.
