Cozy cottage, steps to the beach

You’ll fall in love with staying at Trade Winds, a cozy cottage, steps away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Make new traditions with sunrise walks to the beach in the morning, swimming in the ocean throughout the day, and a trip to the ice cream parlor at night.

We are within walking distance of the beach, Dowdy Park, OBX YMCA, shops, restaurants, & more. You’ll have access to the whole house, on-site laundry room, beach supplies, skim/boogie boards, and a ping-pong table.

The space
Inside you’ll find an updated interior with one bedroom and bath on the first floor and two bedrooms and bath on the second floor. We have a laundry room in the carport and an outdoor shower.

Fantastic Beach Getaway
The house has obviously been through a very well-executed renovation. We were pleasantly surprised upon entry. The owners were very clear in communication with digital access ensuring ease of entry. Two blocks to beach access, so a very short walk. The house is not on a "through street" to bypass so vehicle traffic is very low. This is a great choice for a stay in the Outer Banks. Would definitely rent again.
