Ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Aldea Zama with private Jacuzzi, close to the beach and Cenotes.
We have the best location in Tulum inside a great new eco friendly residential complex called Puerta Zama. We are a 5 minute walk from the main avenue that takes you to the beach and downtown.

Puerta Zama is a gated community with 24/7 security and plenty of parking. The Beach is 2 miles away and there are Bike and Jogging trails along the Road to the Beach and to Town.
The Town of Tulum is only 2.1 miles away making it easy to walk or take a short cab ride.
The condo has a private backyard with jacuzzi tub and a hammock to relax after a long day at the beach.
There is a King bed in the master with a 49" Smart TV and a Queen bed in the second room with a 32 " TV both beds with premium Gel Memory foam mattresses.

There are individual air conditioner units in each bedroom and in the living room.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and there's a sectional sleeper in the living room area with a smart 55" TV and internet for your entertainment. Dining room table is for 6 people.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

After you arrive your hosts Mika or Mariana will stop by to meet you if you would like.

Note: Jacuzzis in Mexico don’t have built in heaters, you simply turn on the hot water but you have to wait for the water heater to warm up when it runs out. It usually takes 1.5 hours to fill the hot tub
