The separate kitchen has all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a dining table for 4 people (a high chair is available). The indoor pool with stairs and counter current system can be used free of charge. Sauna / steam bath are chargeable (Münzbetrieb). Automatic washing machine and dryer in the house (Münzbetrieb). Parking and Internet access via W-LAN are free of charge for the tenants. For smoking please use the covered balcony. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along (or by appointment) .In addition to the apartment's balcony, the large sun terrace on the roof of the house can be used for sunbathing.
