Our Cozy Cottage is in the heart of North Augusta in a quiet neighborhood. Located 2.4 miles from the Medical District, 1.4 miles from the Augusta Cyber Center, 5.3 miles from the Augusta National. A short walk from SRP Park, North Augusta Riverfront dining/Amphitheater, and Hammonds Ferry dining. Less than 2 miles to downtown Augusta.

Masters Wk

Location of the home made it super easy and less traffic to/from Augusta National. North Augusta and downtown Augusta mins away w/ lots of food/beverage options. Access to the Green Jackets park is 2-3 mins away too. Home was very clean and hosts provided nice extras like a reusable k-cup, which was handy as I brought my own coffee. Plus a few small snacks/treats.

Masters 2025

My wife and I together with a friend stayed here for 3 nights over The Masters golf tournament. It is as advertised -- a cozy cottage in North Augusta, quite proximate to the Masters tournament as well as to decent dining options in North Augusta. The owners, MaryAnn and Randy, were super attentive and responsive to my questions and requests which made the stay painless and pleasant. Thanks!

Cozy Home Away from Home

We were in town for the Women’s Amateur at Augusta National. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Cozy Carolina Cottage! We were able to bring our fur babies and they loved the fenced in area to run around in the backyard. My teenagers even thought it was home away from home! The house was stocked with all the necessities . MaryAnn was great with communication and made us feel welcomed! We will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

Great owners!

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were thoughtful and very responsive. We arrived directly after a rare, big snow fall. The house was clean, warm, and the sidewalk and steps were salted! Well visit again when we’re in the area.

Perfect spot for our Augusta stay

We found this property perfect for visiting family in North Augusta and Augusta. The dogs loved walking to Riverview Park to run around. The grownups loved walking downtown for coffee and great restaurants/shopping. Augusta is just across the bridge. The home was great: quiet, well-equipped, secure, and comfortable. A great place to stay!

Wonderful Cozy Experience!

The Cozy Cottage was exactly as shown on line. It was extremely clean, well maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication with the owner was excellent. No issues were detected. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit. In our opinion it's definitely a 5 star property!

Amazing!

We were in town to visit our son. We found this cute place and couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, and is conveniently located near everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Lovely Cottage near Augusta

Very nice cottage in North Augusta, close to Hamonds Ferry (fabulous area). Cottage has everything our family needed for our Masters stay. Host is amazingly helpful and is determined to make your stay enjoyable. She even picked up flowers for my wife's birthday!

Location

Great location for outdoor activities. Walking distance to The Greeneway, Brick Ponds and Hammond's Ferry. Close drives to Downtown Augusta and Augusta Canal Recreation opportunities. Worked well for traveling with our dog with a fenced rear yard. House is modest, but is clean and had everything we needed. The hostess is a nice lady, and is respectful and attentive.

Amazing and Convenient

The house was perfect for my husband, my dog and I. It was neatly clean and furnished. The ameinities are amazing with all you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is like 10 to 15 mins. Drive to Augusta,GA and walking distance to Riverview Park. Lots of nature and walking trails. Mary Ann, the host very attentive. We are looking to relocate to SC, and this was the perfect spot to drive around. We will definetely stay again if we need..

Comfy cottage

A central location in N Augusta that's 15 minures or less drive to downtown Augusta. Bright, clear & simple check in/out instructions. (no long list of cleaning instructions & penalties like some other short term rental properties). Quickly responded to a minor plumping issue. MaryAnn & Randy were warm, welcoming & professional. Will be our 1st option for the next trip to visit our Augusta family.

Great location for Peach Jam!

We stayed for a week during Peach Jam. The house is less than 5 minutes from the gym! Everything was exactly as represented in the listing and the hosts were very thoughtful, kind and easy to communicate with. Just what we were looking for!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Carolina Cottage. Randy and MaryAnn are terrific host who thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend this property and if we find ourselves back in North Augusta we will definitely stay again!

Great Place

I rented this place with my elderly parents for the Masters weekend. It was a great place for them and the owners were exceptional in making them feel welcome! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
